Delivered
- Assistiance in coordination of development of 'phase 2' of the resort from the operational standpoint as adviser for processes, logistics, etc. ensuring no business interruption.
- Operational management of the hotel.
- PR initiatives in close cooperation with city and regional authorities in preparation for seasonal business in promoting Alushta as a destination.
